The service

Stock Alert App is a Shopify app from Edouard Short Company. It watches inventory levels the merchant allows us to read and sends an email when a variant crosses the threshold the merchant set.

Your store

You must have authority to install the app on the shop. You are responsible for the threshold, the destination email, and how you act on alerts.

Availability

Alerts depend on Shopify webhooks, our hosting, and the email provider. A delay or a missed delivery can happen. The activity log in the app is the record of crossings we processed.

Permissions

The app requests read access to products, inventory, and locations. Uninstalling the app stops watching and deletes the data we stored for that shop.

Pricing

Stock Alert App is offered as Free ($0), Starter ($7.99/month), Growth ($19.99/month), and Pro ($49.99/month). Dashboard, threshold alerts, and email are available today. SKU caps, digests, Slack, forecasting, CSV/API, priority support, and the other plan options are coming soon and are labeled as such.

Paid plans, when charged, are billed through Shopify. Uninstalling the app stops future charges according to Shopify's billing rules.

Liability

Stock Alert App is provided as-is. Edouard Short Company is not liable for lost sales, stockouts, or email delays. Do not rely on the app as the only inventory control.
