The service

Stock Alert App is a Shopify app from Edouard Short Company. It watches inventory levels the merchant allows us to read and sends an email when a variant crosses the threshold the merchant set.

Your store

You must have authority to install the app on the shop. You are responsible for the threshold, the destination email, and how you act on alerts.

Availability

Alerts depend on Shopify webhooks, our hosting, and the email provider. A delay or a missed delivery can happen. The activity log in the app is the record of crossings we processed.

Permissions

The app requests read access to products, inventory, and locations. Uninstalling the app stops watching and deletes the data we stored for that shop.

Pricing

The free plan costs nothing and has no time limit: threshold and days-of-stock alerts, the Monday restock list, email, the activity log, and the optional Flow trigger.

Pro costs $9.99 every 30 days after a 14-day free trial. It is billed by Shopify through your store invoice, never by us directly. You can cancel any time from the Pro page in the app, or by uninstalling the app; Shopify handles prorated credits. When Pro ends, your account goes back to the free plan and your Pro settings are kept unless you uninstall.

Liability

Stock Alert App is provided as-is. Edouard Short Company is not liable for lost sales, stockouts, or email delays. Do not rely on the app as the only inventory control.
