Who we are

Stock Alert App is published by Edouard Short Company. This policy describes the data the app stores when a merchant installs it from the Shopify App Store.

What we collect

Shop domain and offline session tokens so we can receive inventory webhooks and call the Admin API.

Automation settings the merchant saves: whether watching is on, the quantity threshold, and the notify email.

Inventory level state (item, location, last known quantity, whether it is below the threshold) so we send one email per crossing.

Activity events shown in the app (title, detail, time).

Shop name and shop contact email, read from Shopify when composing or previewing an alert.

What we do not collect

We do not read customers, orders, or payment data. We do not sell store data. Alert emails are sent through Resend to the address the merchant chose.

Why we process it

To run the low-stock alert the merchant configured, to show the activity log, and to keep the Shopify session valid.

Retention

When the app is uninstalled we delete the session and shop records we store. Shopify also sends a shop/redact compliance webhook; we delete any remaining shop data then.

Customer data request and customer redact webhooks receive a 200 response. This app does not store customer records, so there is nothing to export or erase for a customer id.
