Alerts are not arriving

Confirm watching is on, the threshold is the number you intend, and the destination email is correct. Send a test email from Home. If Resend has no verified domain, it only delivers to the Resend account email.

A crossing is required: the available quantity must move from above the threshold to the threshold or below.

Uninstall and data

Uninstall Stock Alert App from the Shopify admin to stop webhooks. We delete the shop session and stored settings. Privacy details are on the Privacy page.
